Car Show- Huntington Beach...

Today we drove out to Huntington Beach where my parents had there 57" Chevy in a "Car Show"... We walked around and saw all the cars and then my dad took us to where the ducks where so the kids could feed and chase them around.. Brody loved running after them.. at one point he dropped to the ground to eat the popcorn off the ground just like the duck's.. it was pretty funny... Drew didnt like at all the fact that the duck's where eating her "Pirate Bootie" aka The Popcorn.. She keeped saying to me .. "No..No..No..Mommy".. everytime I throw some towards the duck's then she would run over and eat it off the ground before the ducks could get to it... It was fun we hung out for a little bit then off to home for "Nap-Time"...

Today I gave Drew "Pigtail's".. they werent big one's but she looked so cute and the best part about it was she didnt mess with them.. I absolutley loved it.. I cant wait for her hair to get longer.. everytime I brush it I say.. "It's Almost Long Enough".. hahaha

Her brother and her played out front with their "Big Pink/Red" balls.. They were having a great time together running back and fourth...Why couldnt we have this weather for "Memorial Day"...

Memorial Weekend... BORING

First I just wanted to write about how boring of a "Memorial" Weekend we had.. I couldn't believe it, no I didn't forget to blog about anything.. I just didn't have anything to blog about.. First Mark was on Duty all weekend.. our plan's to have dinner with the neighborhood fell through for Saturday night.. Sunday we were suppose to go to the beach which I was so looking forward to with everyone, but was cancelled due to the rain.. and Monday was still wet outside so the funniest thing we did was take the kids for a walk around the neighborhood and attempted to get things started for "Jaden's" room.. which nothing got done of course.. We also stopped by Uncle Alex's house to say hello, but then back home in time for dinner...

Today Mark & the kids & I went in for our 5 month check-up for the baby and we found out that it is 100% a "GIRL!!!! We are thrilled to add another beautiful little girl to our family.. Her name will be "Jaden Marie"... ( Jade for short ) and we cant wait to meet her..

Neighborhood "BBQ"...

Tonight around 5 pm the neighbor's all got together infront of Tammy & John's house for a BBQ.. It was alot of fun the kids all got a chance to play together which they love.. and the men all got to BBQ together and the women got to chat...It was a really nice night...

I brought over the kid's highchair's... and gave them all the yummy food to try..This was the first time they both had "Otter Pop's".... Which they both "Loved"...

They were a "Sticky" mess by the time they were done.. so we gave them a quick bath then off to bed they went...

Pool Time "Again"....

Today was yet again another hot day out here in Ladera.. In the mid 90's... so after nap time I surprised the kids to some "Pool"time.. which they both jumped right into the water the minute they saw it..

Brody knew exactly how to keep himself cool...
And little Drew also had fun keeping herself cool by jumping in the pool with her "Snack" of course...
After this we went in and watched one of their favorite movie's "Monster's Inc"...

HomeTown Buffet...

Today Mark mentioned that he wanted to go to the "Hometown Buffet".. he saw the commercial again... So I said OK.. We can try it again.. we haven't eaten there since I was pregnant with the twins, so he said to call my parents and see if they want to go and the next thing I knew- we were off to have dinner together...

Drew & Brody did so well.. I couldn't believe how well they "Both" ate... Drew even ate her "Pea's" off of the spoon... and once Brody saw it.. he tryed to do the same..
It was a really nice time... It is a perfect place to take the kids, because there is no wait.. you pay, then sit and then go get your food...

Skyler's "6th" Birthday Party...

Tonight we celebrated "Skyler's" Sixth Birthday.. I cant believe she is SIX!!! Anyways, Jamie & Mike had her BDay party at "Scooter's Jungle".. and she had all of her friend's there.. We love that place but again I dressed in long sleeve shirt's to run around all night long.. The kids had a blast.. and again so did Mark & I.. I didnt go down the big slide this time, only because it is so steep and with "Jaden" inside of me I just wasnt going to do it.. But Skyler like always looked beautiful... and of course her theme this year was "Hanna Montana"...

Fake "Egg's"...

Our neighbor's "The Frohoff's".. have a little kitchen set up in there garage which is what Santa is getting the twin's for Christmas... anyways, they have these egg's that are sturdy, heavy egg's and the kid's love them, so I was at Target last night and surprised them with them this morning.. I put them on the sofa and when they both saw them they lit up and didnt put them down all morning.. it was to cute...

Mother's Day At The "Iverson House"...

Tonight after relaxing all day we got ready and went over to Paul & Brandye's.. We got there a little early to unload the car with Highchairs, Mother's Day Gifts, cards, ect... Hanna got some time alone with the twins... which they loved... Then after a while everyone showed up.. it seemed all at the same time too.. We had another wonderful meal.. Paul picked up Mexican food from "Jalapenos".. and it was YUMMY !!!

It looks like Brody is hugging Kaden, however this is his "Trademark-Move".. I call it "The Hugger".. he grabs from the back and then takes whom ever it is down to the ground.. and he laughs all the way.. ( Notice Kaden's arms are pegged down to his side..)
For some reason I end up giving Drew to Cody every time for a group shot.. Poor guy..But this turned out pretty cute... Today we also celebrated Hanna & Cody's Birthday's... Hanna just turned "10".....
And Cody just turned "14"... Happy Birthday you "Two"...
