Today my best friend Lori got a chance to come out and meet Jaden and see the twins...She was able to hang out for a while...

Halloween Night "2008"...

Friday, October 31st, 2008 - "Happy Halloween"

The kids pumpkins that I carved the night before...Nana Darlene came over to help watch Jaden while we took the twins "Trick or Treating"...Nana Claire & Papa Jim stopped by also to wish the kids a "Happy Halloween"...Around 5pm we took Jaden over to Jay & Kim's house for her first "Trick or Treat"... It was also the twins first trick or treat two years ago... Afterwards we went back to our house feed the kids dinner and got Jaden all settled in her PJ's and back to Jay & Kim's we went... This is us getting ready for the first Trick or Treat of the night... At first Drew & Brody both did good but then Drew got scared and wanted to be held by her daddy... The boys with the scary masks really got to her, every time we would get her to walk again and go up to the doors someone would walk by her with a mask or alot of make-up and she would start to cry and want to be held again... Brody could care less as long as someone was handing him candy that's all he focused on...

These four kids walked the entire neighborhood together and man was Brody's bag heavy but he wouldn't let me help him carry it, at the end he was dragging it on the floor... We did a big loop all over the neighborhood and ended it back at our house around 7:30pm Drew was scared again right before we started to walk back to our house, I think from her being so tired, and upset half the time she didn't realize where we were because she didn't even want to walk up to our front door, she was crying and screaming no... even when she got into the house she was still crying... But she had her milk she relaxed... and was fine...

This made me laugh... I know he should only take one, but this was our friends the "Frohoff's" house and I couldn't resist taking these pictures of him... He was so happy they had the bucket outside... and he helped himself...

He had a little bit of trouble shoving it into his bag... but he made it all fit... ( PS, I put it back after this shot...Drew only took one piece and off she went...Jamie and the cousins stopped by afterwards to say hi... I had already put the kids in there PJ's when they arrived...Here is Drew, Sophia, Jaden & Brody all dressed up in there costume's...And here is ALL of the Vargas & Iverson's together... Dylan, Drew, Brody, Chase, Talon, Skyler & Jaden...They were all "Star War's" character's...

Tonight before "Trick or Treating began we had our Annual Block-Party and it was a great turn out... It was in front of our house this year, so we didn't have to go far... The kids as usual had a great time running around with all there friends... Here are some shots from the party...

Halloween "Cookies" At Nana & Papa's House

This afternoon I meet the cousins over at my parents house to decorate cookies together... The kids had a great time, making and eating the cookies...

"Painting Pumpkin's" With Cait, Ella & Ashley Too...

Today we painted pumpkins, the kids did so good... It is the first time Drew & Brody used the paints and I was very proud of them... Here they are painting in the garage together...

A cute picture of the kids with there pumpkins, they all pitched in and helped paint Jaden's for her...
Afterwards they sat down in front of our house for these shots...Later that night Jaden with her pumpkin, next year she can paint her own...
