Well here we were on our way to go motorcycle riding with a trailer for the first time.. We left Thursday afternoon and were following Mike & Jamie up to Ocotillo Wells... It was a long three hour drive but the kids did great.. they only got fussy for the last 20 minutes.. I was so impressed by how well they did.. it was probley the longest time in the car to date.. but we finally made it to the camp sit.. the whole "Iverson" family was there.. and Mike & Jamie and kids Alex & Nichole.. ect.. after we found our spot I got out of the car and OMG.... It was like 100 degrees.. really.. it was so hot, while Mark and Papa Bill were getting the trailer set up we had to go wait in Darlene's trailer until ours cooled off with A/C.. But Mark was so excited about camping with Drew & Brody he wasn't going to worry about the heat.. until our generator broke.. then we can say he got a little upset.. but somehow he got everything to work out.. the trailer was nice it was the first time that even I stayed in one...Once it was cooled off I went over and got everything ready for the kids.. We should have gotten a "Toy Hauler".. instead of a trailer only because we needed the room in the back.. we had two highchairs, two cribs.. two of everything..you need a lot with two "7 Months Olds".. Anyways.. I am going to put a lot of pictures up .. all in all we had a great time even though for the most part we went from trailer to trailer.. it was a good time..
When it was nap time for the kids.. I put there cribs up on our bed so we had room to move in the trailer.. it also had a curtain that I could close.. They had fun talking to each other through the nets.. they would laugh at each other and lick the net.. it was pretty funny..
I would stick them in there "Bumbo"chairs so they can look out the window...
Our little Buddie Talon had a great time too...We were playing in our trailer this morning....
Kaden dared the heat a few times.. his daddy Uncle Ben and Cousin Hanna would pull him back and fourth in this wagon.. You cant really tell in this picture but his cheeks were so red from the heat...
This was how we gave them a bath.. My Mom & Dad got us this bucket for Easter and it was perfect to wash them in...We just stuck it on the kitchen table and washed away... Hi Brody...
Hi Drew......
This was such a great shot before Hanna left I wanted to get a group shot.. I found a shaded place behind this truck and took there picture really fast.. It was like 6pm.. and still 90 degrees or more.. so I had to be fast and get the babies back inside the trailer...
Cody, Talon, Dylan, Drew, Brody, Kaden, Hanna and Skyler...
This was about 6 in the morning.. I couldn't sleep and the kids were awake so we went outside and Papa Bill was also up.. so we hung out together .. I love this picture of him and Brody..
Here is Auntie Jamie and her cool ride.. She took Dylan, Skyler and Hanna for a ride.. She later took me and OMG.. I thought I was going to flip in that thing...
Here is Daddy.. He didn't get to ride to much due to the heat... but he did get out a few times right before it got dark...
Mike, Mark and Alex going out for a ride together...
Cody going for a ride too...
Here we are braving the heat as a family...
A cute shot of Drew, Kaden and Brody... Daddy was sweating after this shot..
We are in Uncle Mikes and Auntie Jamie's Trailer here.. Drew, Talon and Brody crawled all over it and chewed on everything...
Hummmm.. It looks like Uncle Alex's hand ... I didn't take this picture it was on my camera when I got home.. What are the chances that Uncle Alex gave him a sip of that beer...
My beautiful girls.. again in Auntie Jamie's trailer....
Drew hanging out with her guys.. Daddy, Papa Bill and Uncle Paul...Too Cute
I love this shot of them.. This is again at 6am.. and already around 70 degrees.. and I wanted a shot of them with the background of dirt....
This is right before bed time... Skyler, Hanna, Kaden and Dylan...
This is my favorite shot of the day.. "Dylan"...
We had a great time.. but when it was time to go.. I was ready, I couldn't wait to get out of the heat... But then as we pulled up to the house I thought to myself .. We have to unload everything... Which took us all night long... after all that work I needed a long hot shower and a goodnight sleep...
