Chesapeake "Fourth Of July" Party...

Tonight we had our "Annual" block party, the kids as always had a great time... The ran around from 5pm to almost 8pm... It is rare when we can get them to stay up that late... The ate and ate and ate all night... Here are some pics from our party...

This is before we left I decorated there buggy's while they were sleeping and they were so excited to seem them in the house they both jumped in them...

This is just a cute shot of Drew standing there...I put ribbons in her hair... she looked so cute...Brody just loved the "Watermelon"...And so did Drew...We did our banner for the parade with all the little kids hand prints on it... ( For Tomorrows Parade)...The little girls were making necklaces out of these beads right as I was taking this picture I see Brody grabbing a hand full and he shoved them into his mouth... I almost died... I ran over and pulled at least five of them out of his mouth...They got really dirty there... This was dinner time, I put them in there buggy cars to eat...

After dinner we got everyone to line up and the kids have a small parade together... They go around and around the middle island...

And there off...At the end daddy was pushing them to me... and I was pushing them back to him... They loved it... Then it was "Water Balloon" time... Brody caught on fast what to do...

But Drew just wanted to hold onto hers... and they other kids once they ran out of balloons really wanted hers but I helped her keep it...

Then it was Dessert time... and yes Brody was one of the first to get to the table... He grabbed not one not two but three pieces of cake before Mark could get him... After we told Brody no... he turned around and started to crawl towards the table as if we couldnt see him... I couldnt believe he even knew to do this... It didnt work for him, but I was impressed with his idea...

We gave them a much needed bath and off to bed they went...
