I have been waiting for today now for weeks, I couldn't wait to see Skyler "Surf"... so my sister told me that its from 9am - 12pm... So I woke up and got dresses then the kids and then started to get everything ready thinking that since she is so small that they will probley have her go out last for her heat and I guessed that she would go out at least twice... They sent her out at 9am and she only went out once... I missed her heat, I was so upset but Mark brought his board and he said he would paddle out with her so I can at least see her... So finally after we got there we started to unload the car and man did we have a lot of stuff... We even left the chairs for the kids because we could carry everything... It was held at "Doheny Beach" and we had to lug everything so far... Now I got the kids these shoes called "Crocs"... so they can wear them to the beach and water parks... But they have holes in them and my sweet little Drew wasn't having the sand on her feet and didn't like the fact that it went through the holes... So of course she wanted to be carried, Now I am 7 months pregnant, I already am carry way to much as it is and now I have to lift my daughter at the same time and carry her all the way down the beach, I could have died... Thank God Jamie saw me struggling half way down the beach and meet me half way to carry her to wear we were... Little stinker... Anyways it was a nice day at the beach really not to hot... Here are some pics...
Jamie had her sand toys already out so I didn't have to get mine out...
Mike carried up a bunch of little sand crabs and was showing them to Drew & Brody...

Brody at one point tried to eat his little friend then decided that he wanted to throw him so he was shortly banned from picking up the little sand crabs...
Mark went out to surf for awhile so Jamie and I took D & B down to the water and Drew not like last year all of the sudden is now afraid of the ocean...But Brody LOVED the water...

Drew prefered to just kick back in Auntie's chair... I love this shot, she has her sunglasses on and is out sunbathing enjoying her grapes...Very "Hollywood" if you ask me...
